My Intro: Clyde Batton's Story... Meet My Family It seems as tho' I have been searching for something my whole life. I have always been a dreamer, an adventurer looking for that next exciting challenge, that next new and unique experience to keep the edge on my life. I have never done well with dull and boring situations or people who did not seem to be "up to something" by way of living their lives with passion and commitment to what it is that they believe in. My life as a "God-given" miracle unfolding before my very eyes. I wake up each day thankful and excited about what I AM doing on the Web and looking forward to where the "Infinite Invisible" is taking me and my Marketing. I'm speaking to You now to let You know why I AM especially qualified to work with You and to show You how to be successful on the Web. A lot of time is spent in training my students these days on Web 2.0 Techniques. Audios, videos and "real-time" fully interactive multi-media presentations, are the NOW and future prefered method of Marketing on the Internet. Purple Cowboy Marketing has rapidly become a major "marketing arm" and presence on the Web using these very same methods and techniques. Our "Purple Cowboy Way" of doing things is continually replacing older forms of "list-building" and most of the more traditional "belly-to-belly" MLM recruitment practices. Marketing On The Web these days is also my chosen Spiritual Path. It has become for me something more....something much more. My life is no longer just about making a lot of money and living in a big mansion on a hill somewhere some day. I AM here to serve and to help You become successful. My greatest joy comes from knowing that I AM creating possiblilities and changing people's lives thru my mentoring....... this is..... My way of giving back..so others can grow. My passion is sharing my Success Coaching and Internet Marketing expertise with just about anyone who has a "dream of success" and yearns for Personal Growth beyond their currently experienced barriers and human limitations. My 25 years prior to coming onto the Web full-time, were spent in music production here in Chicago. As it were, this turns out to have been extensive preparation for what I do now...the Development Of Human Potential.... even back then I was already helping people to realize their dreams and talents as songwriters and singers. In fact that is how I met my wife Darlene (Dee), a songwriter and "Prince Fan" up from Florida; visiting her parents and looking for some help with her song lyrics. Together we wrote a song....got married built a life together and a music business of some 28 years running with even more to come. We are together now for more than 22 years...still "writing that song"....living and experiencing what folks call these days an "extended-blended" family lifestyle. My daughter Carmen has a lovely soprano voice and a natural talent for music like her mother Luzenna's side of the family. Our relationship as two adults, has actually grown and blossomed incredibly due in large part to the personal growth and development I've experienced while learning to Market Online. So for me Marketing is first and foremost about one's Spiritual Journey and Personal Growth. My grandaughter Ania is a very gifted gymnast with exceptional physical coordination. Little Ricky my grandson is likewise already showing signs of real musical talent. My life is literally a "blessing unfolding" each day...I AM so blessed. In the realm of commercial music we at C.Batton:for Music Group Inc. worked on countless record projects and song demos as well as 100's of TV and Radio Spots often featuring famous singers like James Brown and Aretha Franklin, acting and voice-over talents like Gene Hackman and Robert Mitchum....even stars and atheletes like Michael Jordan.. (Click Pic for my MJ Commercial)That is now my past and I AM on the Web full-time bringing everything I learned in advertising to the Internet and my students who are ready to "click" with it.. Family Pics: wife-Darlene, my daughter Carmen with her husband Rick, grandaughter Ania and grandson Ricky, my son Troy with his wife Kim, grandaughters Shaylona, Dajah, Destiny and grandson Isaiah. My wife Dee's two boys Andrew and Justin with our grandaughters Laryssa, Shelby and Emily. One of my last really big jobs was doing the music for the McDonald's 50th Anniversary celebration in 2005. Elton John was there, former Secretary of State, Colin Powell was there.....Hillary Rodham Clinton was there and I was there.....seems we were all working for Mr. Mickey "D" on that nite. Down thru the years I have probably worked on more than 100 Mickey "D's" commercials, I suppose at the time I was just doing my part to help spread that whole "pop-culture-fast-food phenomenon" world-wide. Believe me when I say..... I know how to sell that Mickey "D's"..... Mac Sizzle. I AM not particularly proud of that..... it is just a fact. I now tell people not to eat that kind of food......8 out of 10 North Americans are over-weight and heading toward some very serious health problems. I was drawn into Internet Marketing as my world of "jingles and session dates in Chicago" began to shift and change. Music has always been a blessing thru-out my life; affording me lots of travel in my youth and countless opportunities for creative self-expression. I have even more to look forward to as both my worlds of music/film production and Internet Marketing come together and start to make sense for me. Web 2.0 works for me ...it will work for You. Because of the Internet, music production now takes on a whole new perspective with a very different set of priorities. Web 2.0 now makes Marketing for the "average person" even more affordable and reachable. You can do this too. After what seems like an Eternity, bandwidth on the World Wide Web has finally grown to accomodate my dream of writing commercial music Online. Music, sound and video has finally come of age on the Web. Interests and Hobbies: I AM very passionate about what I do.....like the Japanese Sage....Hotei; I "play" very hard at the "work" I do in this life. I do only what I love doing....so that keeps things in my life quite simple. If I don't like doing it ...... I ain't gonna do it. Not to be confused with responsibility... I take all that into consideration when I say I do only what I love doing and only that which I AM passionate about. My latest activities revolve around empowering people thru assisting them in bringing their "brick and mortar" businesses live and in living color, onto the Web....for the whole world to see and appreciate them. This gets me very excited when I consider the possibilities. This is multi-media work and involves a number of talents and activities which include...filming and creating video/movies....writing story/copy and bringing out the best in people thru showing the world their magnificence......writing and creating audio/sound traks which provide an emotional impact for my clients and viewers. I love music of all kinds and include music traks and soundscapes in each of my productions. My No. 1 passion is introducing people to their own perfection and magnificence.
Favourite Movie: My favourite movies are too numerous to mention but: the Matrix Trilogy and just about all of Keanu Reeves work, all of Johnny Depp's work ....yes even "Fear and Loathing In Vegas".....all of Martin Scorcese's work ie Raging Bull, TaxiCab, The Last Temptation of Christ.....all of his stuff man....all of it.

All great nature film productions....most or Redford's stuff out of Sundance Film Festival. Anything that moves me to tears......Apocalypto by Mel Gibson....he is hurting right now and I know he is looking for the way back to the Light. A couple of things Nick Nolte has done.

All of the Francis Ford Coppola stuff especially the GodFather Trilogy. It will be interesting to see where he goes with his career now the Hollywood has "no money for him".....creation is inevitable and he is a true genius and one of my heros. Did You see that hand held "Flip Video" he produced on You Tube, promoting his new film.....it was absolutely adorable......I AM ranting so I had better stop for now.....but I hope YOu are getting an inkling as to what it might be like to Mentor with me....because one of the things I do for money online is be a professional coach and mentor to people who are wanting to have a major breakthru in their lives.
